玩具安全：CPSC宣布兒童產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)格的總鉛含量新限制100PPM
時(shí)間：2011-09-26 作者：admin 瀏覽：3899 [ 返回 ]2011年7月15日，美國(guó)消費(fèi)品安全委員會(huì)（CPSC）宣布對(duì)在美國(guó)銷售的兒童產(chǎn)品的總鉛含量作出嚴(yán)格的新限制100ppm，于2011年8月14日生效。兒童產(chǎn)品的制造商、進(jìn)口商、 零售商和批發(fā)商必須遵守該CPSIA中總鉛含量100ppm的限制規(guī)定，其中，兒童產(chǎn)品指為12歲或以下兒童設(shè)計(jì)或本意為其設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品。
On Jul 15, 2011, Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced anew tough total lead content limit of 100ppm for children's products sold in the United States, which will go into effect on August 14, 2011. Manufacturers,importers, retailers and distributors of children products must comply with the new 100ppm federal limit for total lead content stated in Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), of which, children's products mean all products designed or primarily intended for children 12 and younger.
新的100ppm的總鉛含量限制規(guī)定不適用于兒童產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部不可觸及部件以及兒童電子產(chǎn)品的某些元件，譬如電連接器和電源插頭，含耳機(jī)插頭。它也不同于美國(guó)國(guó)會(huì)對(duì)油漆或表面涂層中的含鉛量的要求。對(duì)油漆或表面涂層中的含鉛量限制是90ppm，其已于2009 年8 月14 日起實(shí)施。
The new 100ppm lead content limit does not apply to inaccessible (internal) parts of children's products and
certain component parts of children's electronic devices, like electronic connectors and plugs, including headphone plug. It is also different from the levels Congress set for lead in paint or surface coatings. The limit for lead in paint or surface coatings is 90ppm, which has been in place since August 14, 2009.
CPSIA中關(guān)于鄰苯二甲酸鹽的限值未有改變。
